Canada Water Development (Porter’s Edge & Dockside), London

The Canada Water development is a major mixed-use regeneration scheme in south-east London, forming part of the transformation of one of the capital’s most significant growth areas.

The masterplan brings forward new office, residential and public realm spaces across multiple sites, including Porter’s Edge and Canada Water Dockside, helping to establish Canada Water as an emerging commercial and cultural destination.
