GMJ Visibility Analysis Reports show all potential locations from where a proposed new development will be seen.
The reports are based on ongoing design proposals or height models being inserted onto the site within the 3D environment.
The analysis can cover both detailed locations or wide areas and the reports include plan and 3D views from selected positions that require further review by the planning and townscape team.
Visibility Analysis is used at the early design stages of projects to ensure a development is not visible in key locations. This information is often shared with the planners as part of the townscape view negotiation process.
