GMJ invited to speak at the Cities Program WAF 2009

Didier Madoc-Jones was invited to speak at the Cities Program WAF 2009 about the tools GMJ has developed to help design teams and planners understand the impact that proposed schemes will have on the city, and particularly on restricted views.

Chaired by Paul Finch, Didier spoke along side Alastair Moss, Councillor Westminster City Council, and Philip Follent, Queensland Government Architect as part of the “Governance; Obligations and Opportunities” for Architects seminar.

The panel discussed the roles and responsibilities of architects, planners and developers and in what way technology might help bring more efficiency and certainty to the development process.
